What do I need to do before arriving?

If you are a visa required national you must apply for a visa before travelling to Ireland. You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before your date of travel to Ireland. If you need to apply for a visa, you should do this as soon as possible after accepting a place for your studies. If you are staying less than 90 days and are visa required, you must apply for a ‘Short Stay ‘C’ visa’. More information on how to apply for a ‘Short Stay ‘C’ visa’.
