If you wish to change your address please submit a request to change your personal details on our Customer Service Portal. You must first create an account/log in on our Customer Service Portal of Immigration Service Delivery. Once you’ve created an account/log in you will be able to submit a ‘Change of Personal Details’ query for Immigration Service Delivery to process confirming your new address and the date you started living at your new address. Please submit (1) one proof of residence at your new address showing your name and address, i.e. mortgage/rent agreement, household bills, bank statements with your request to change your address.
