Burgh Quay appointments

If you are resident in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, Cork or Limerick and wish to register a permission for the first time, please register for or log into to your personal Customer Service account.

Any third party operator offering an appointment booking service for a fee is not operating on behalf of the Immigration Service and does not have an appointment to offer you, or  direct access to the Immigration Service appointments booking system.

If you need to renew your permission or claim a balance of permission with a new passport, you do not need to attend the Registration Office in Burgh Quay. Instead, you should use ISD’s online system here to upload a copy of the biodata page of your new passport with your application. Please make sure your photograph, name, nationality, passport number and date of birth are clearly legible to facilitate processing.
