The Department of Justice Ukraine Response Team has a contracted service in place since March 2022 to support the Government of Ireland with the administration of the application procedures for Ukrainian nationals and their families in Ireland who are fleeing the war in Ukraine. The current contract is due for renewal in March 2023. The Department is now seeking proposals from organisations who are interested in providing this service.
The objective of the project is to support the orderly, safe and regular migration for all Ukrainian nationals and their families fleeing the conflict in Ukraine along with third country nationals who had been resident in Ukraine at the outbreak of the conflict. Tasks include, but are not limited to, providing information for new arrivals including cultural support, translation and interpretation services.
Applicants should have demonstrated experience and expertise in the delivery of similar or comparable activities and must be in a position to carry out the project in the Ukraine Transition Hub in City West, Saggart, Co Dublin, Dublin airport and in other regional locations.
