Introduction
If you made an application under the Regularisation of Long Term Undocumented Migrant Scheme, and received a letter from Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) refusing your application for permission under the Scheme, you can appeal this decision. The deadline for submitting an appeal is 30 working days from the date of your initial refusal letter.
Your refusal letter from ISD will state the reason(s) why your initial application was unsuccessful. You should address these reasons in your appeal form, explaining why you do not agree with the ISD decision, and provide documentary evidence in support of your statements.

Is there a fee?
No, there is no fee payable to submit an appeal.
What documents must I submit as part of my appeal?
Your refusal letter from ISD will state the reason(s) why your initial application was unsuccessful. You must submit documentary evidence in support of your statements on your appeal form, explaining why you do not agree with the ISD decision.
Please do not resubmit any documentation which you submitted as part of your initial application.
Once you submit your appeal online, you will not be able to amend this form and add additional documentation. Therefore, you must submit all documentation at the same time as your appeal form.
It is vitally important that you complete the appeal form fully and correctly and that you submit it and all of the documentation required, within 30 working days from the date of your initial refusal letter.
